Join myself & Marie (Breathewell MCR) for a 2.5-hour retreat afternoon designed to support your nervous system, hormones, and overall wellbeing.

You’ll experience:

• An hour of relaxed, practical nutrition and lifestyle guidance
Simple, realistic ways to support your body through hormonal shifts – whether that’s perimenopause, PMS, or just feeling off balance.

• An hour of guided, mindful breathwork
A grounding practice to help you deeply relax on the day, and techniques you can take into daily life.

• Connection and conversation over refreshments
A chance to be with other women in a supportive, relaxed space whilst sipping on herbal tea and sampling a delicious energy ball.
