Hi, I’m Faye...

A mum, wife, daughter, friend, hard worker, explorer, traveller, lover of… food (eating more than cooking), sunny weather, house music, fitness, yoga, laughing and an occasional gin & tonic and most definitely dark chocolate!

I also used to be a perimenopausal mess, hence me retraining to become a passionate Nutritional Therapist after 25 years in graphic design and branding. Beginning a second career at 43 was no easy choice…

Helping you to help yourself.

With personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice, I can help to support you, firstly as a whole person – you are not just a diagnosis or a collection of symptoms and everyone has different health goals and foods that they like.

I work holistically to explore the root causes of ill-health, using combinations of food, herbs and supplements in therapeutic amounts combined with lifestyle change advice as a form of natural medicine. Essentially giving your body the right individual tools to help heal itself, preventing further illness and promoting wellbeing and longevity.

Secondly, I help you to learn the tools that work for you – not your mate’s or your favourite social media influencer… Tools you can continue to use beyond any work we do together.
